💸 REFUND POLICY

Due to the handmade and limited nature of our products, all sales are final and non-negotiable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

**DO NOT OPEN THE BOTTLES. THEY ARE INTENDED FOR DECORATIVE PURPOSES ONLY.**

**These bottles are not to be opened. Opening them voids their purpose and compromises the item entirely.**

**No refunds will be granted unless the item arrives damaged due to shipping.** If your purchased item arrives visibly damaged or the relic is broken, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. You must include a clear photo of the item and its original packaging. Once verified, we will offer a replacement (if available) or store credit of equal value.

Digital products, including LoreQuest entries and downloadable scrolls, are non-refundable once the access link is clicked or emailed. Accessing, downloading, or interacting with the content constitutes full use and waives refund eligibility.

❌ CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase by contacting houseofmorriganstudio@gmail.com. After this window, we cannot guarantee cancellation due to the ritual nature and preparation process of relic assembly.

📦 SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are prepared and shipped within 5–10 business days unless otherwise noted. Processing times may vary during limited-edition releases, holidays, or unforeseen events. House of Morrigan Studio reserves the right to adjust processing time with or without notice. We use USPS flat rate shipping for relics and scrolls. Tracking will be provided upon dispatch. House of Morrigan Studio is not responsible for delays caused by the postal service once a package is in transit.
